01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the LYFEwars Arena, you agree to be bound by these terms. This is a binding agreement between you (the Player) and the Arena Registry. If you do not agree to abide by these rules, you are not authorized to enter the matches.
02. Player Conduct
You are solely responsible for all media uploaded to the Arena. All entries must be original photography captured via physical hardware. Synthetic or AI-generated imagery is strictly prohibited. Uploading illegal, offensive, or unauthorized imagery will result in the immediate removal of your Player Profile and a permanent ban.
03. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of the photos you upload. However, by submitting media to the Arena, you grant LYFEwars a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your work specifically for the purpose of operating the Battle Arena and global leaderboards.
04. Arena Limitations
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss or psychological distress resulting from rank fluctuations or match defeats within the Arena. Every vote is final.
